2018 Campaign Kick Off- Rep. Erin Maye Quade

Join Minnesotans for Erin Maye Quade as we celebrate the kick off of Representative Erin Maye Quade’s campaign for re-election to the Minnesota State House in District 57A.

In 2016, Erin flipped the only House seat in Minnesota from Republican to DFL. In a year marked by divisive politics, Erin’s victory was fueled by the energy of community members who believed that people, not partisanship, was what mattered most.

Throughout her first term, Erin has advocated diligently for the policies that will help all Minnesotans get ahead. Inspired by the struggle faced by one of her constituents, Erin authored the Disabled Veterans Homestead Exclusion Bill, which passed with bipartisan support to allow spouses of disabled veterans to continue receiving the same property tax benefit after their spouse dies. She has taken the lead on childhood hunger solutions and helped defeat legislation that would have restricted reproductive freedom, promoted school vouchers and allowed statewide preemption.

Now, with so much at stake in the 2018 Elections, we’re gearing up to help re-elect Erin so that she can get back to work making Minnesota a better place for us all.
