“All mankind is from Adam and Eve. an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab; a white has no superiority over a black nor does a black have any superiority over a white — except by piety and good action.” —Prophet Muhammad (saw) the Last Sermon

The Sisterhood is excited to announce a new series to address anti-racism and work towards dismantling white supremacy. By following the Prophetic model, we are rooted in the Sunnah and reminded of the diversity of identities and how we show up. This series will provide language, examples, tools, techniques and most importantly sisterhood in order to change a system.

We are partnering with Minnesota Deaf Muslim Community, National Council of Jewish Women, and the Eastside Freedom Library to host interactive, thought-provoking workshops. Location will alternate between Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON) and the Eastside Freedom Library.

Each session is priced at $15.00, but if you plan on attending all 5 sessions, you can purchase at a discounted price of $75.00. Tickets available here.

Dinner included.

We want to make sure this series is accessible to everyone. If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please email us at
