Two bills to reduce gun violence have been proposed in the MN House. One would insure that loopholes would be reduced and there would be more universal background checks before someone could purchase a gun. The other would allow law enforcement to temporarily remove someone’s gun , when they are in crisis and are at risk of harming themselves or others.
